We offer free mental health support for anyone through regular peer support groups, events, training and resources. We run and collaborate on in-person events throughout Hong Kong, run by passionate, trained volunteers with lived experience.

When volunteer for us, you're part of Team TNN. As a team member, we ask that you be fair and respectful to any attendees, volunteers, or members of the public who engage with your fundraising.

The time commitment is flexible and can be tailored to fit your schedule. Depending on your availability, you can choose to volunteer a few hours or become more regularly involved.

If you want to learn more, attend one of our peer support groups, community activities or training sessions. Getting involved can also include volunteering or simply spreading awareness about mental health in your community.

Our support groups are currently held in Wan Chai and Jordan. We welcome expressions of interest from people who may wish to volunteer to run peer support groups in other locations. Please email hello@thenewnormalcharityhk.org
